Rules & Regulations

The San Francisco International Gift Fair (SFIGF) is open to the trade only. If you have not already done so, please pre-register to receive your admission badge in advance by mail. Please note, one guest may accompany each pre-registered store at no cost. One free guest pass will be included with your pre-registered badges. There is a $40 fee for all additional guests.

You will need to present the following along with your badges to gain admission to the SFIGF: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax ID number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead, or other pre-printed collateral with company name.
(Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 and strollers are strongly discouraged.

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.
 
In keeping with the wholesale nature and intent of the show, cash & carry and the sale of merchandise for delivery at point of sale are expressly prohibited. No merchandise will be permitted to leave the exhibit floor except in the Treasures To Go and Vintage Collection divisions.
